Prevent and Protect

VAI has partnered with the Air Charter Safety Foundation (ACSF) to give you access to the FAA’s voluntary Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP), made affordable and easy to manage. ACSF and the FAA helped to create the ASAP program to address, identify, and correct safety concerns without the fear of reprisal. It promotes a just culture of safety and is designed to encourage and foster collaboration as well as improved data.

Through this partnership, you gain all the benefits of ASAP with third-party facilitation, report tracking, and corrective action recommendations that help you identify risks early and prevent incidents from happening.

As a member of the Air Charter Safety Foundation, you can take advantage of its membership benefits, including mentoring and guidance to help you integrate ASAP data into your safety management system. This strengthens your organization’s risk management and continuous improvement efforts: protecting your employees, your aircraft, and your reputation.

Reports accepted under ASAP are handled without FAA disciplinary action, promoting an open, nonpunitive safety culture that drives lasting improvement.
