Current Regulatory Issues VAI Position Statement: Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UASs) in the National Airspace VAI will continue to advocate for the development and implementation of performance-based requirements and standards for BVLOS operations that are harmonized to protect the safety and efficiency of all operators in the National Airspace System.
