This FAA airworthiness directive (AD), which takes effect Sep. 9, applies to A109A, A109AII, A109C, A109K2, A119, and certain AW119 MkII helicopters. It requires checking for proper installation of the bolts that attach the pitch actuator assembly and the roll actuator assembly to their respective bell crank assemblies in the cyclic control system.

This FAA airworthiness directive (AD), which takes effect Sep. 26, requires inspecting for the presence of the retaining ring in the emergency flotation system (EFS) inflation assembly and taking corrective action, if necessary. It also prohibits the installation of an EFS with certain inflation assemblies.
