(Reuters) – The US Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation plans to subpoena the US Army to obtain a report detailing why it routinely failed to use Automatic Dependent Surveillance–Broadcast (ADS-B) on helicopter flights near Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (KDCA) if the military does not turn over the report by Friday, Apr. 4.
