The contract provides Texas DPS aviation personnel across the state with streamlined, guaranteed access to SR3’s comprehensive suite of helicopter rescue training programs with locked in pricing through 2030. Texas DPS has access to SR3’s entire training curriculum under the contract, giving the department flexibility to tailor each training event to the specific needs of its teams. This training includes initial and advanced helicopter hoist rescue, aerial use-of-force, tactical medical, helicopter underwater escape, NVG, and night hoist operations.
