(AviTrader) – Electric vertical takeoff and landing developer Horizon Aircraft has appointed Tom Brassington as chief technology officer. Brassington was formerly head of system design engineering at Lilium.

The additional capital from the private investment in public equity (PIPE) brings Archer Aviation’s aggregate funding to over $1.5 billion to date.
