Proposed FAA AD: Airbus AS350 and AS355 series helicopters

The FAA is seeking comments by Feb. 3 on a proposed airworthiness directive (AD) that would require modifying certain upper-rail rollers and installing a label on each sliding door. It would also prohibit installing affected upper-rail rollers or a door with an affected upper-rail roller. These actions are also specified in a European Union Aviation Safety Agency AD.
