(Transport Topics) – Blade Urban Air Mobility is opening up routes to commuters in New Jersey and on Long Island, New York.

(KTRK) – Law enforcement officials are crediting K9 Rocky from the US Marshals Service with finding a fugitive in Houston. The suspect allegedly shot Rocky twice before officers returned fire, and a Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) helicopter transported the dog to a local animal hospital.

This proposed FAA airworthiness directive (AD) would require repetitively inspecting the inclined and horizontal driveshaft flanges and, depending on the results, replacing them. The FAA is accepting comments on the proposal through Feb. 3.

The FAA is seeking comments by Feb. 3 on a proposed airworthiness directive (AD) that would require modifying certain upper-rail rollers and installing a label on each sliding door. It would also prohibit installing affected upper-rail rollers or a door with an affected upper-rail roller. These actions are also specified in a European Union Aviation Safety Agency AD.
