Resource Hub The United States Helicopter Safety Team (USHST) has presented a designated pilot examiner (DPE) welcome letter to Jason Spears, a new helicopter pilot. USHST Steering Committee member Tim Tucker, a distinguished helicopter DPE, developed the welcome letter, with USHST Industry & Government Co-Chairs Chris Baur and Robert Reckert also signing.
