Transport Canada has issued a supplemental type certificate (STC) for Australian company Helitak Fire Fighting Equipment to install its FT4250 fire tank on the Airbus AS332.

The FAA is accepting comments until Nov. 10 on this proposed airworthiness directive (AD), which would require revisions to the existing maintenance or inspection program to incorporate the airworthiness limitations section of the existing approved aircraft maintenance program, as applicable.

This European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) airworthiness directive (AD), ATA 71 – Power Plant – Engine Mount Fitting – Inspections/Replacement, takes effect Oct. 10.
