Proposed FAA AD: Airbus EC225 LP helicopters

EASA, Argentina, India, Japan approve upgraded Robinson empennage

Robinson has obtained clearance from the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and regulators in Argentina, India, and Japan to offer its empennage configuration retrofit kit, which includes a symmetrical horizontal stabilizer and tail cone that is now standard on all new models, for operators of existing R66, R44, and R22 helicopters.
