It would supersede AD 2019-19-13, issued Oct. 21, 2019. The new AD would authorize additional part-numbered main-rotor gearboxes; change the requirement to determine the total hours of time-in-service for a certain freewheel shaft; require repetitive replacement of the main-rotor gearbox or the right-hand freewheel shaft; modify who can replace parts; and expand the limitations for parts installation.
