This European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) airworthiness directive (AD), ATA 04 – Time Limits/Maintenance Checks – Airworthiness Limitations Section – Amendment, takes effect Jan. 26, 2026. It will supersede AD 2025-0090, released Apr. 23, 2025.

(QEH Media Hub) – Funded through a donation from HELP Appeal, the helipad relocation at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King’s Lynn, Norfolk, is a step toward a future expansion of the medical facility.

The OEM has named Matthieu Louvot CEO of Airbus Helicopters, effective Apr. 1. He is currently executive VP of strategy. Louvot will succeed Bruno Even, who is leaving Airbus Helicopters after eight years as CEO.

The companies are planning to launch package deliveries using drones from 150 Walmart locations over the next year. They plan to establish a network of more than 270 drone-delivery locations in the United States in 2027.

The companies are collaborating under Global Aerospace’s SM4 Aviation Safety Program to provide US operators new to Polaris Aero with access to the Polaris VOCUS Safety Intelligence platform, including FlightRisk, GroundRisk, and VOCUS safety management system software.
