US Aviation Training Solutions (USATS) received the first 300CBi at its facility in Titusville as part of an agreement for 25 helicopters.

The FAA has approved a supplemental type certificate (STC) for the company’s Foresight MX health and usage monitoring system (HUMS) on the Airbus H145 D2 and D3 models.

The training in a rescue helicopter environment included a simulated underwater helicopter crash, winch exercises, and clinical scenarios.

The partnership will include Delta P founder Dudley Crosson serving as Helicopter Institute director of safety and aeromedical programs and leading specialized courses for safety officers.
